ClearPath Support

Virtual Assistant support for small business owners who want their time to feel more structured and manageable

Support for the parts of your business that seem to take up the most time

Running a business usually comes with a steady stream of small but important tasks. Emails, diary changes, follow-ups, admin, email marketing. All the bits that keep things moving from one day to the next.

Each one needs attention and they soon start taking up more of your time than you expected.

Before long, a good part of the day has gone on replying, checking, updating, and trying to remember what still needs doing.

That’s where I can help.

When everything is being handled, but nothing feels finished

You’re replying to emails and dealing with things as they come in, so from the outside everything probably looks fairly under control.

But there are always a few things sitting there in the background. Messages you’ve read and still need to reply to. Follow-ups you meant to send last week. Admin that keeps getting moved down the list. Invoices that are overdue and still need chasing.

So you check your inbox more than you need to.

Not because anything urgent has landed, but because it’s become the place you keep going back to when you’re trying to remember what still needs your attention.

After a while, everything starts to merge together. Your inbox becomes your to-do list, your reminder system, and the place you keep track of anything unfinished, even though it was never really built for any of that.

And when everything is sitting in one place like that, it gets harder to tell what actually needs doing and what’s simply still there because you haven’t had a proper chance to deal with it yet.

A more consistent way to stay on top of things

I provide ongoing virtual assistant support for the admin and day-to-day tasks that keep your business running, without everything ending up on your shoulders.

That might include managing your inbox so messages are replied to and followed up properly, keeping your diary organised in a way that feels realistic, chasing invoices on your behalf, and dealing with routine admin before it starts piling up.

Having support in place means fewer loose ends to keep track of and less time spent trying to remember what still needs doing.

The everyday admin gets dealt with, things stay organised, and you’ve got more space to focus on the parts of your business that actually need you.

How I work

I’m Heather, founder of ClearPath Support.

Before becoming self-employed, I spent over 20 years in administrative and client-facing roles across healthcare and insurance. I supported clinicians in busy environments where accuracy, discretion and clear communication mattered every day.

That experience shapes how I work with my clients now.

I’m used to keeping track of moving parts, staying organised when things are busy, and handling the day-to-day admin without needing constant direction.

My role is to make sure things are dealt with properly behind the scenes, so you’re not trying to keep track of every detail yourself.

What this looks like in practice

For some clients, it means opening their inbox and knowing it's already been sorted.

For others, it means a diary that feels more manageable instead of something they're constantly reacting to.

Often, it's simply the relief of knowing things are being taken care of without you needing to check or chase.

Who I work with

I work with small business owners and self-employed consultants who are good at what they do, but don't have the time to stay on top of everything around it.

Most of my clients are managing a steady flow of work and want reliable support in the background, without needing to explain or manage every detail.

How I approach my work

Integrity

Your work is handled with care, accuracy, and discretion.

Clarity

Clear systems and communication, so things feel straightforward.

Calm Efficiency

Things are handled steadily and properly, without unnecessary urgency.

Personal Responsibility

If something needs doing, I take ownership of it.

If you're ready for things to feel more manageable

You don't need to change everything. You just need the right support in the right places.
